The Bengalettes are the Belaire High Dance Team.  They perform for all football half-time shows, pep rallies, and for selected basketball games and other school functions.  They attend competition annually.  The Bengalettes practice two hours daily throughout the school year and some over the summer.  They also attend a week of summer camp and conduct their own "Children's Dance Camp."  To become a member a young lady must first participate one year in Brigade, band, cheerleaders, or ROTC Drill Team.  She must have a 2.5  cumulative GPA for two consecutive semesters.
